Rome Recap: November 2024
We go over some of the highlights of November at Rome Blockchain Labs.
As one of our teams kept working on a huge upcoming project, Sceptre concentrated on content for the community.
Sceptre
November was the first month where fees from Sceptre’s recently introduced buy-in staking period were added to the community pool alongside this month’s FlareDrop. This meant that the value of sFLR vs FLR increased to new heights as new contributions poured in.
Another community-first initiative were the couple of AMAs our team did on Telegram to answer any questions our users had about the way Sceptre works and what’s coming to the protocol in the near future.
The Flare Factor welcomed back Jake, from Kinetic, and since the episode took place just a few days after the platform was the target of an exploit (thankfully, stopped in time), that ended up being an unavoidable subject. You can catch that episode here:
November’s other guest was Darren "Thanasimos" Williams, Project Manager at Ēnosys, the pioneering DEX on the Flare Network. Darren kindly walked our viewers through their recently released V3 DEX and talked at length about the role sFLR plays on the platform. You can find the episode here:
See you all next month!
